So. Are you willing to pay everytime a poor young girl becomes pregnant? That would include pre-natal, birth, and post-natal care. Then you’ll need entitlements similar to welfare. Are you willing to pay more in taxes for these services? I mean. While perhaps it could be argued that it’s not really “punishment” I assume you think it’s really easy when a poor teenager become pregnant right?

yes, I think “punishment” is the wrong angle. but i certainly don’t think “blessing” is the right word in many circumstances either. I’m not sure you’ve understood the point of my first post, which was that it is not only “whackjobs” that refer to unintended pregnancies as “punishment.”
