Yep - so Japan will shortly run out of options, especially if the UN allows UN troops from China and Russia to be stationed in NK.

I can’t see Obowma do anything more serious than writing ‘strongly-worded’ letters, perhaps hand-delivered by Hillary.
His knowledge of Foreign Policies would find room on the tip of a needle.
