You have an extremely short attention span.
I realized that since Beck believes in Cod, you feel that you must destroy him. But, given that he does four (4) HOURS of broadcast per day, not all of his topics and guests are fully ‘vetted.’ That being said, sometimes when he “smells a rat”, he may inflate the potential to the scale of a bubonic plague, but there usually IS a rat.
And, Charles, the ‘fact’ that this EULA is similar to others in private commerce actually begs the question.
I have not read the EULA in question, but I think that a good analogy would be to an apartment lease which always contains a clause granting the land-lord the right of ‘entry and inspection.’ By your reasoning, there would be no cause for alarm if the clause also included the right of the Police to enter at any time, without a warrant. If Glenn Beck were to get upset about such a lease, would you be so sanguine about his being “a raving freakazoid nut sandwich ?”

Why are you so steadfastly defending Beck when his “record” speaks for itself? It’s also pretty crass of you to pull the “evil atheist attacking upstanding Christian” card…that just shows your biases right there.
