OT a bit, but I need to rant: I came home early from work for a cable Internet install, scheduled for 1-5 PM. 6 PM arrived and no installer. I get ahold of the customer service rep. My order has been CANCELED…. Okay, so why am I the last one to know this?! I get it re-ordered and the next available installation is for next week. And right about then is when I lost patience. Thankfully they’re going to see if they can squeeze me in earlier, but seriously? You guys fucked up and I’m the one getting penalized for it? Maybe going through with the install wasn’t the smartest idea.
