One thing Cawthorn probably isn’t cognizant of (besides the word ‘cognizant’ itself) is that his new bride will be able to testify against him after the divorce…so let’s hope he tried to impress her with his ‘change the world’ activities as some kind of seductive pillow talk.

Is that true everywhere? For information divulged during marriage, does the divorce render the privilege void? i.e. something told in confidence during marriage can now be publicly disclosed when the marriage is over?
