What we know is the lad is 26 years old, went to a private school in Switzerland, is shy and nervous, likes Michale Jordan and Jean Claude van Dam. And he drinks heavily. And soon he’s going to be the God-King of a paranoid regime with nuclear weapons. What could go wrong?

Well, if we sent JCVD there with a gift basket as a peace offering, not telling JCVD he was the gift, perhaps he would mellow out.
Surely he would be a puppet for the military high command?
