Doesn’t matter. protocol is protocol, it was done to show respect to ones host. And in the case of many of the middle east countries, there is no separation of “church” and state. Hell, that’s been mention at LGF hundreds of times.

So, what is it? Proper and protocol, or because Michelle is respection the “true religion (TM - Realwest).
