I would invest in America.. All State Colleges would be free …You want to go to brown at 30k a yr.? Fine..But a state school..Totally free..
I could probably pay for the whole thing if I cut the dept. of education out of the budget..pretty ironic isn’t it?

In Louisiana, there is a program that pays the state college or university tuition for students who have a certain score on the ACT, or have a high GPA (not sure exactly what the cut-off is).

Program intended to keep the best and brightest here in Louisiana. It is strictly merit-based, not need-based.

If she will go to LSU or UNO or any of the state colleges, her tuition will be paid in full.

So, we have your program!
