BTW, her reasoning in Tasini should make for interesting discussion. Her decision in that IP case was reversed by the Court of Appeals (2d Circuit), and the US Supreme Court ruled 7-2 affirming the Ct. of Appeals. Ginsberg wrote the majority opinion in that case, with Stevens and Breyer taking Sotomayor’s approach.

She’s indeed all over the map.
