Thing is, that “op-ed” is just the reiteration of long standing talking points. In other words, it is just the mirroring back of the beliefs of those who support her anyway.

Thus whether it is “intelligently” written is irrelevant - it is just preaching to the choir a sermon they’ve heard a thousand times.
