Most of these people have an ax to grind and they’ve been chomping at the bit to latch onto something, anything to confirm their suspicions that the government is violating them in some manner. Right wing authority would have nipped this in the bud ruthlessly and squashed this from the start. The government never gets credit for the billions of services that are successful and/or gets the job done.
