I used to smoke. I support the right of people to smoke.

But goddamn, I cannot understand being in the tobacco industry. I can’t understand selling a product like that and making money off of it with a clean conscience.

And then going and repeatedly lying about the science, and paying others to lie to people— that’s where I’m ready to use the word ‘evil’.

I support people’s right to smoke because it’s legal. I would love to see it made illegal.
