If reading the comments in the thread Jason posted to is any indication, the sentiment seems to be “Fuck the military, but don’t celebrate that Afghani informants are gonna die.” They’ve been celebrating this release as the new “Pentagon Papers” and are absolutely thrilled that the military is made to look bad, but that those Afghani informants are likely to be hunted down and killed now by the Taliban and their supporters does not sit well with those who actually still possess consciences.

Well, that’s less bad, but still very foolish. Sadly, the Kossacks have learned nothing from Vietnam and once again bad-mouth the military that defends them.
