This is the second time I’ve expierenced this: Yesterday I’m in the doctors office in a small waiting room ready to get an x-ray on my foot. The woman sitting aross from me is filing her nails. The sound is enough to get on my nerves but she aslo blows on her nails to remove dust. She put her finger in her mouth and then pushes the cutice back pulls out a nail clipper and then files somemore. Am I the only one that thinks personal grooming should be done in the privacy of ones own home?
