Whoever said it was the dealers fault was in error. The dealers were concerned the money was running out, and so was the government, but it’s trying to kick in another 2 billion today.

It was the gov’t beauracracy’s fault. The system (computer) they had in place to process the dealers claims kept crashing. Nobody knew how many claims were in process. Nobody knew where their claims stood.

This is the SAME gov’t that wants to take over processing health cars claims. I am willing to bet that there are 100 times, no make that 1,000 more health care claims per day than new car sales.
