Did you know that the founder of the stalker blog was once pro AGW?

Seriously!

Back when Charles was still undecided about the science of AGW, but really strongly hammering away on the creationists about evolution, out of sheer hatred of Charles, he made a massive post about how AGW is real and Charles was all sorts of things for not getting the science.

I made a post about it, because what is of interest here is that Charles of course, then looked into the actual science, saw the evidence, and made a determination that the science is sound, after he educated himself. This is to his eternal credit.

The stalkers, on the other hand, “decide” scientific validity based on who they think is popular, who they hate and what has been whispered.

This dovetails exactly into the major problem that professional scientists like me face when trying to deal with skeptics. It is hard enough to teach science to someone who wants to learn. It is impossible to teach it to people who think you are a socialist, communist, tranzi progressive.

The fossil fuel industry, their shills and pet politicians bank on this.
