My interpretation is that college is an elaborate holding pen for rich, stupid kids (and the occasional student who actually wants to learn) set up to keep them safe and happy while they work out their hormonal problems until the age of 21 or 22, at which point they’re set loose upon the world.

The other alternative, in this fucked-up country, is jail.

Hmmmm, I think that the entire college package is somewhat overrated, and that your breakdown of university attendees has more than a wisp of truth in it. But come on now, things aren’t that bad, no?
