Oh this guy didn’t flounce. He was banned. His blog was nothing but a collection of creepy pics of little boys in various states of undress.

Oh shit, I remember that. He’d posted a link to something, and that link led to a collection of quasi-pornographic photos. IIRC, he meant to link to something else but that turned up instead. I was like “Dafuq?!” and then before you know it, he got the banhammer.
