Personally, I find it as disgusting if not more that Bush accepted an award from these people. He bowed to accept an award from the most repressive theocracy on the planet.

I always was upset with the Bush family and their acceptance of the Saudi royal family, but it seems every president has been extremely deferential to them. I often wonder what the Sauds have to cause us to be so deferential. Is it really just the oil? I wonder sometimes.
