Well, if you are gonna make your own crust from scratch, it’s worth getting. It helps to add a nice crispy, solidity to the crust.

If you buy a pre-made, pre-cooked crust, you can put it on anything.

Ah, thanks for the info. I do in fact make my own crust, but its been so damn long since I’ve made a pizza…since before 9/11 in fact. Geez, I’m aging fast!
