I’m not really picking on anybody in particular with that comment, just noting that the conversation has gone from a debate about a condition to a debate about a debate. Then one part hostility and two parts interpartisan historical comparison added to the mix, and you have a classic LGF pissing contest.

I vastly prefer the pissing contests to the hive-mind of many other political forums, where opinions are held as though they were axioms, mind you.
