Anyway, yeah, this could mean a hell of a lot of people going to jail. There’s no reason for the government, Visa, Mastercard, Paypayl, everyone else not to go after them as hard as they can. They’ve already used their nuclear option, basically.

I’m sorry but historically if you look at how much has been hacked and how many have gone to jail you could not make that leap.
