The Libyan rebel government posted a manifesto laying out their vision of what they’re committed to working towards. They’re calling for a US style separation of powers, free elections, recognition of the UN human rights declarations, universal suffrage, and the condemnation of terrorism.

It sounds like it was written by someone used to writing corporate mission statements.
