They have children young enough to be in diapers, and yet they’re encouraging rats to run around and enjoy themselves?

My neighbor across the street told me about her home when she was a child (which was only a few years ago). Her mother finally decided, after several weeks, that the pet rattlesnake under the couch might be a hazard to the kids.

It’s hard to be surprised these days.
