Actually the impeachment and the criminal charges are 2 different things. They are impeaching him for other stuff. The prosecutor asked that they not touch on his case so that Blago could not then use that to call prosecution witnesses in and interrogate them to get jump on the details they have for the criminal case.

What Blago has on Obama , I don’t know, but apparently he is threatening behind the scenes to take Obama down of the criminal case does not get called off.
