I’ll admit we read different papers in Maryland, but we are reading the program was too successful, and the money was used up faster then expected. We won’t know how many extra cars were sold until the July sales figures are released, but I expect a record month.

That’s the spin that the government is trying to tell us. I will say it one more time. The president of the Colorado Car Dealers Association says the problem is with dealing with the government, not availability. As I sit here, they have played the interview on the radio at least 3 times in the last hour.
