There seems to be some concept that homosexuals are not able to have the same “work” ethic as heterosexuals. Heterosexual Men and Woman can work together platonically. Same with Homosexuals.

Yes, they can all work together. Humans, however, make mistakes. It happens all the time. Why create a situation that might encourage more mistakes? Would that situation be better or worse than what we have now? I don’t see how it could be better, it might be the same, and it might be worse. To me, the risk that it might be worse is not worth the risk.
