Umm, isn’t Sharia law something that a Muslim would choose to live by in his or her personal life, kind of like observant Jews live under Jewish law insofar as it does not violate American law?

The right wingers who are worried about Sharia law being imposed by ‘the Muslims’ are projecting, which is what wingnuts do best.

It’s because they would dearly like to have Christian law (or at least things they think should be Christian law) imposed on everyone else in the US, that they assume that Muslims obviously must be trying to do the same.
