Now that “Bush’s” War on Terror is over, we need to get a fund together. The full fund will be paid to the first person to go through a US airport checkpoint and say, “Take off my shoes?!? I can’t carry liquids?!? But, Bush isn’t president anymore! Haven’t you heard? The War On Terror is over! We can do anything we want on a plane now! I packed extra liquids just because I could!”
