Crash the price by creating a glut. A coupe ideas to contribute to that. Go to a 4-day school week (longer days) and 4-day per week US Mail (which is primarily junk) delivery.

We won’t get there fast enough by tweaking machines. We need big things fast.

That would work also, however, its not necessary. The last few months prove that a small decrease has a potential for a dramatic effect - it is arguable that a massive increase in production would do the same thing.
