The 60’s and 70’s era bigblock ford and chev motors need high octane ……..
Any fuel injected motors run ok on the “oxygenated fuels but
nomally asperated classics run like doodoo….
I have a 428 ford and a 427 chev motors in the shed ……
Can’t bring myself to sell ‘em …yet!

Octane boosters. That’s what keeps the old 330 ticking over without the ‘knock’ or ‘diesel’ problems. I run octane booster and lead replacement.
