She cooked the turkey upside down judging by the browning of it…and the kids glasses are stuck together with duct tape for that “homey do-it-yourselfer” feel or maybe just too busy with media interviews to find time to get them fixed?

No, it isn’t a cheese knife really, they are hawking those knives on the late night infomercials recently. The slots are supposed to keep what you are chopping/cutting from sticking to the side of the knife (like a cheese knife).
