Gore making millions is capitalism at its best. His organizations are being used to promote alternative energy sources. The fastest way to get humans to adopt new ideas is to make the old ideas overly expensive. Since AGW is somewhat in the future, we need to repackage the message to one of energy independence which can be made to look more immediate.
