I think that’s a large part of it, but by playing the “victim” because Obama was ticked off about her book, she gets a two-fer: She looks “brave” for standing up to him and she gets people wondering what was in her book that so pissed him off.

Clearly that worked with wingers, considering her book sales apparently increased considerably as a result. The rest of us just rolled our eyes at what a rude little idiot she is. ‘Tis a painful thing to see the state of our country when such behavior makes one a great financial profit.
