I just posted a comment in the last thread about how an experimental shooting like this would not convince a heroic nutjob. They would probably say they could do better or they wouldn’t get shot, etc.

Everyone’s a fucking action hero in their own mind. Even John McClane, for the most part, didn’t go in guns blazing unless it was absolutely necessary.
