The challenge is.. um… finding donors. Basically one needs to find a freshly deceased male, not too old, who can be compatible (as far as the immune system), not diseased or having a damaged penis, and whose relatives will give permission to cut off a body part (assuming the body wasn’t donated to science in the first place.)

It might in the end actually be easier to grow a new penis from tricked stem cells.
