She had fallen at home. She was put in the hospital and they KNEW she was someone who did not need to be up and walking on her own. But, they forgot to strap her to the bed. She got up, fell and caused a concussion.

Not the brain issues, that had seemed to stabilize are deteriorating quickly.

Very sad to see.
