I’d shake the man’s hand. I’d even let him keep it rather than ripping his arm off and beating him to death with it (or, in reality, giving him a spiral fracture of both bones in his forearm, a nasty permanently crippling injury).

As I said, I’d let him keep his arm. I wouldn’t harm a remaining hair on his ugly, balding head. I might have to explain to him how very generous a man I am, and demand his thanks for my mercy, though.
