I have one (2 actually ,, I lost one, got another, then found the 1st) from the city hall office in the town I was born in. It has the raised official city seal

I went down to the county office and got two BCs- one long form and one short. The short form is the certified, legal copy. My long form was not certified as the county will only certify short forms, and it therefore not a legal documnet. So, while I do have a copy of my long form BC- it’s worthless (except to me- it has my mum’s signature on, rest her soul).
