re: #725 Locker

You’ve made me think a bit and I have a question. This is going to be a bit of a challenge to put into words but let’s give it a shot. I’m sure you are aware that I think of you as an intelligent, rational and thoughtful person.

Additionally, as a religious person, I find that you do not seem to cross the line where a person attempts to project their personal religious beliefs onto everyone, everything and every situation they encounter.

Why is that line crossed? Is it “evangelism”? Is it narcissism? Is it a faith based reality bubble?

Either way these line crossers don’t seem to accept and support the fact that each person is entitled to their own reality. That baffles me and I’m wondering if you have any insight?

They do it for the same reasons that anyone does such things - assuming we are not talking calls to arms or legitimately standing up to something terrible or illegitimately trying to impose political power. They are uncertain in their own faith enough to be threatened by other views, so they project.

It’s pretty simple.
