A lot of those drones are unarmed and there might not have been a bomber in the area ready to go. From watching gun camera footage from Iraq I’ve noticed that there are a lot of steps they have to go though before they can fire. They need to get permission and I’m guessing that firing on a UN building made it a little more complicated.

Would have made it easier if I were in charge.
