I linked in the last thread to an article in The Daily Mail wherein Putin blames Britain for the Russian invasion of Poland and the start of WWII. Buchanan is another such revisionist. He runs with bad company.

To be absolutely fair, Putin is speaking a viewpoint often pushed in Soviet histories. There’s a very good book called The Grand Delusion that gives a good summary of the Russian/Soviet view.
