There is quite a lot more to me than just “activist” and “black”, Rightwingconspirator. But kudos to you on the realization that the two categories are not mutually exclusive.

Sure that stood out. I didn’t take offense. The fact there is much more to you is why I asked. My first reaction was to disagree, but then it’s very easy to misunderstand a post in a blog. Obviously we are different in outlook in many ways. I just happen to think angry speech like what I saw at the time quoted from the Reverend to be adding to the problem, again depending on the audience.

For what it’s worth by way of candor I spent a lot of my childhood weekends in a black neighborhood playing with the neighbors kids where my grandparents lived. So I just never got the bigot thing. The angry racial thing. I resent it in proportion to the anger in it.
