Um, they are the same people. The TPers aren’t a new voting block that spring up out of the ground. They are socially conservative middle aged white people who claim to be fiscal conservatives and who have been voting a long time, almost exclusively for Republicans. TPers are the base of the GOP.

Yeah, you’re right. I tried to think of what way they were something new, and all I came up with is this: packaging.
