Not sure if this has already been mentioned by someone
BUT

After the gov’t entices many people to get rid of their “clunkers” for more fuel efficient environementally freindly cars
where do “poor” people turn to to get their needed modes of transportation? Where do they get that $500 or less “fixer upper” that they can afford to buy?
Will the gov’t now have to urge banks and finance companies to make the same type of sub-prime loans they had for the housing market because “EVERYBODY” should be able to buy a house/ new car?
