He’d like it better if Obama did everything the Republicans wanted. That as then Senate candidate Mourdock in Indiana admitted what his idea of bipartisanship was.

He pretty much has done what they wanted (see ACA). It’s just that they don’t want it anymore when Obama says OK, lets do that then.
