Perhaps this is all just smokescrabble over the 12 indictments of Russian IC people by Mueller, but it’s hard to rule out the idea that DJT would just give Putin whoever he wanted handed over.

This is the very safe take and it’s likely but even as coordinated smokescreen it’s abhorrent and dangerous. It doesn’t even have to happen because the mere threat and suggestion is bad enough to shock our system. And that is one of Putin’s aims. Then you add in the context and whew! We were attacked by the people that our President is coordinating this with. It’s unconscionable and has chilling effects that will ripple out across the globe.
