I thought I heard something today where it was stated that GM would have those - what the hell are they, anyway? - large infusions of government TAXPAYER cash paid back by 2012 (IIRC).

Why would we expect that when they’ve been losing money for the last 6 years and are now going to be strapped with ludicrous mileage and emissions regulations?
