I really think the blatant anti-semitism of the “Foreskin Man” comic turned off a lot of people who weren’t coming at anti-circumcision from a bigoted position.

It is almost laughably stupid.

“How should we promote our cause? I know, let’s have a comic where we kidnap a baby from its parents and have a blonde guy beating the crap out of some Jews. That won’t bring up any creepy parallels.”

Well, the ballot initiative is not officially dead in Santa Monica, and will probably receive a profound ass-kicking in SF come November.

Sometimes people really are that stupid.

One thing I do have to give credit to Mrs. Troutman for immediately disassociating herself from the nazi shitbag who sponsored the petition with her.
