Fox network is exactly what Rupert Murdoch created it to be. He intentionally created products to cater to what he saw as an under served market in the US. He knew enough about the US to know that there were millions of people who absolutely despised the “liberal” media and would thus be open to another source of information (or disinformation - it doesn’t matter if it sells advertisements.)
